Privacy Policy

(Last updated: October 2, 2026)

This covers the gronka Discord bot and gronka.dev. gronka keeps no record of who you are, and nothing about requests that succeed. We are not interested in spying on anyone; we keep only what it takes to keep the service working.

Whenever a command is run, an anonymous counter for that command goes up. It holds no user, server or channel ID, and its totals are shown by /info.

When a command fails, we keep the full link, the error and which download steps were tried, so we can fix the failure. No user, server or channel ID is kept with it, and these records are deleted after seven days. Nothing is kept for requests that succeed.

Your media is processed in a temporary folder and deleted as soon as the result is delivered. A result too big to attach on Discord is uploaded to our CDN under a random link that anyone holding it can open, and deleted within three days.

gronka does not read your server’s messages. Discord only shows it messages that mention it, direct messages, and the message you run a command on. Message text is never stored or logged.

Nothing about servers or channels is kept once a request ends.

Discord delivers your commands and Cloudflare hosts the CDN. When you run /download, our servers fetch the link for you, and that site’s own policy covers what it records. We sell or share nothing.

gronka is not intended for anyone under 13.
