By using gronka (“the bot”, “the service”) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and be at least 13.

By submitting media or a link, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you let us temporarily store, transform and serve it to run the service.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Submitting illegal content, or using the service to harass anyone
• Infringing anyone’s copyright or privacy
• Attempting to exploit, disrupt or overload the service

We do not control the sites you download from, and any of them may stop working.

gronka is provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use. The service may change or end at any time, with or without notice.

We may refuse the service to any user or server that breaks these terms, or for any other reason.
